Order handling

All our products are freshly produced in small batches. Please give us 1-3 business days to receive, process, and ship your order.

NORWAY (Domestic shipping)

We offer free shipping of your order in Norway by local delivery with Bring. It usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

EUROPEAN UNION (International shipping)

Now we offer free shipping by local post on orders above 100€. Optionally, you can pay for standard shipping price for your order.

RUSSIA (International shipping)

We offer only EMS shipping service at a standard rate to our customers from Russia.
We are trying to grow and add more delivery options for all our customers!


We don't accept returns because of the nature of our products. We only ship it fresh. However, you can read through our web pages, ingredient lists, reviews, Instagram or Facebook posts information to decide to purchase our products. If you have a product or skin concern, you can also reach us by sending your questions in the contact form.

Suppose you received damaged or broken items. Please contact us immediately with supplied photos of the products and explanations of what happened. We will take action to replace it for you.

Tolls and taxes

When an order is shipped internationally (EU, Russia, etc.), it is essential to consider that the package can be subject to local VAT, tax, customs handling fees, etc. The handling process is varied from country to country, and it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of these extra fees.

We are not responsible for any extra charges in this regard. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or calculate this at our check-out platform.
